He beat Ian with an impressive performance, running out a winner with 100 points, his first Countdown century. He faced the #1 seed John Davies in the semi-final where he lost by just 28 points, and held the #1 seed to less than 100 points. Tatham was not invited back to the Championship of Champions XII.
