Pamela Clough played John Reed, with Pamela Clough winning 30 – 13. The Dictionary Corner guest and the lexicographer was Ted Moult.
NOTE: Moult appeared to change his mind during the program on the validity of MAILS in Round 2, but Whiteley did not change the scores.
