Allan Saldanha played Antony Stafford, with Allan Saldanha winning 60 – 24. The Dictionary Corner guest was Clement Freud, and the lexicographer was Julia Swannell.
NOTE: At the start of the following episode, it was revealed that Stafford's declaration of LACKIES in round 7, was declared invalid, as it should be LACKEYS, so was stripped of the 7 points awarded to him, but Saldanha's 6 points for CLOAKS were not given retrospectively.
