Revision as of 23:54, 3 November 2011 by JRTerrier24 (talk | contribs)
Phil Wass was a finalist in Series 46.
He won the at the time maximum six heat games, with 570 points, exactly the same total as Ben Wilson scored in his six heat games. Wilson was granted the #1 seed berth thanks to a better highest score than Wass. In the quater-final, he faced Brian Capper - the player Wass had beaten to start his six game run. Wass was trailing 80 – 89 after 14 rounds and needed the conundrum to continue his run, but it was Capper that turned ACROBATSD into word BROADCAST to win the game and go on to face Steve Sandalls in the semi-final.
