Chris McHenry was an octochamp in Series 55 of Countdown, scoring 643 points on his way to becoming the #5 seed. As of August 2007, this is the lowest total out of any octochamp in the 15-round era.

Chris faced Tony Warren in the quarter finals, where Tony managed to score over twice Chris' score, the result being 75-37.
