David Nickeas was a finalist in Series 48.
Nickeas rattled off 7 wins including three scores over 100. He beat Julie Cocker 104 – 24, which at the time was the lowest ever score in a 15-round games, later passed by Judy Smedley. In his 8th game he faced Danny Hamilton who held him to a crucial conundrum, which Hamilton was the first to solve.
