Episode 1466

From Countdown
Revision as of 15:04, 9 April 2020 by Launchballer (talk | contribs) (Rounds: I'm going to split episodes critically affected by administrative errors.)

Episode 1466 was broadcast on 13 January 1994, as part of Series 27.

Mark Williams played Paul Henderson, with Mark Williams winning 52 – 47. The Dictionary Corner guest was David Jacobs, and the lexicographer was Ruth Killick.

NOTE: In Round 5, Williams had the illegal word WRACKED allowed, although it isn't to be found in the dictionary. So, the final score should've been 47 – 45 in Henderson's favour. Henderson was given another chance in the next series.
