Stephen Read played Dan Haggerty, with Stephen Read winning 104 – 60. The Dictionary Corner guest was Mark Austin, and the lexicographer was Susie Dent.
NOTE: In Round 12, Dictionary Corner did not note that Haggerty's offering of MARINER was invalid, as there was only one R in the selection. However, this proved academic as Read offered a longer word anyway.
