Griff Rhys Jones is a guest on Countdown. He's a comedian, actor and TV presenter, mostly famous for his work in the 1980s shows, Not the Nine O'Clock News and Alas Smith and Jones. He also hosted It'll Be Alright on the Night, taking over from previous Dictionary Corner guest Denis Norden but replaced by 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown contestant David Walliams.
