Keith Pottage
Keith Pottage was a contestant in Series 18. He was a freelance writer from Wakefield.
In addition to his appearance on Countdown, Keith was the runner-up in the first-ever episode of Coutdown's former sister show Fifteen-To-One in January 1988, and in December 2003 he won a heat in the final series of Fifteen-To-One, but failed to make it to the Grand Final. In May 2004 he appeared on Channel 5's show Memory Bank, while in 2005 he was featured several times in the "fastest finger first" stage of ITV's Who Wants To Be A Millionnaire, but failed to make it into the hotseat.
He has also worked extensively as a writer and researcher on a number of other television series in the UK over the years.
