Mackrory made his debut on 27 April 2022, as one of two new contestants following the ocotrun of Matt O'Connor. He won his first game with a strong 105 points over Andy Davies. From here, he continued with a strong run, scoring 105 points in 3 games, to obtain a total of 738 points and become an octochamp. He will most likely return for the series finals in June 2022.
