Series 78 will be the next series of Countdown, and will most likely run from January 2018 to June 2018. Richard Arnold, Raj Bisram, John Inverdale, Suzannah Lipscomb, Alistair McGowan, Alastair Stewart, Len Goodman and Jay Rayner are confirmed guests.
A Daily Mirror report in April 2017 confirmed that 260 episodes of Countdown are being ordered for production in 2018. [1] The series will again be interrupted by coverage the 2018 BDO World Darts Championship and a handful of live Formula 1 practice sessions.
