'''COOT 08''' is an online tournament, starting in June 2008. It is organised by [[Jon O'Neill]] and notably marks the return of [[Julian Fell]] to online games after a four-year hiatus. There were 22 entrants, so a preliminary round was held to eliminate six players. The remainder of the tournament followed the normal knock-out format.
