Hyper is a variant of [[Countdown] mainly played on Apterous. It has the same premise as Normal variant, however everything is enlarged somehow.
Rounds
- Letters - This is played to the same rules as normal, however there are twelve letters. The original JimDic featured only 2-9 letter words, a project known as 'Project Hyper' was run to glean the 10+ letter words from the dictionary.
- Numbers - This is based on normal rules, however there are 8 numbers and the target is from 1001-9999. 150 and 200 are additional large numbers.
- Conundrum - This is based on normal rules, however the answer is twelve letters long.
