Sam Quek is a guest on Countdown. She is a television presenter and former field hockey player, winning gold for Great Britain at the 2016 Summer Olympics. She has presented various sports shows, became a finalist in the 2020 series of Celebrity MasterChef, and was a panellist on the long-running BBC quiz 'A Question Of Sport' from 2021-3.
