COLIN 2005 was the first time that Countdown in Lincoln was organised. It was held on Saturday, 29th of January at the Bishops Grossteste College in Lincoln. The event was won by Series 47 champion Chris Wills in a deciding game against Series 52 champion Mark Tournoff, just a month after Mark had won the Series. The lineup included 4 series winners at the time of the tournament, as well as future series winners Kirk Bevins and Conor Travers.
