After the broadcast, Channel 4 published an Instagram post associating vegans with ASSWIPE in Round 4 which caused a huge controversy. This also resulted in 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 15, Episode 3 having to air a week later than scheduled after there were insults about vegans.
