Episode 7290 was scheduled to be broadcast on 24 March 2020, as part of Series 82, but was pulled from the schedule prior to broadcast and remains unreleased. Its withdrawal was due to a comment made by Nick Hewer during the episode that could have been perceived as insensitive following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic after it was recorded. It was replaced by "The Secret Life of the Zoo".
Mike Nevins played an unidentified contestant, with Mike Nevins winning 63 – 60. The Dictionary Corner guest was Mark Pougatch, and the lexicographer was Susie Dent.
