Episode Cats15, billed as 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 3, Episode 5 was a special episode broadcast on 21 February 2014, as part of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 3.

8 Out of 10 Cats regulars Jon Richardson and Sean Lock were the contestants, along with Jack Dee and James Corden who were their teammates, while Jimmy Carr reprised his role as the host.

The match saw Sean Lock, with the assistance of Jack Dee, winning by 35 – 31 in an 8-rounder and they won his and hers Countdown tracksuit.

Rachel Riley was, as ever, the arithmetician, and Joe Wilkinson helped her out from round 5 onwards. The Dictionary Corner guest was Joe Lycett, and the lexicographer was Susie Dent.

NOTE: In this version, both players' declarations were allowed, although points were only awarded for the best answer.
