8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 6, Episode 9 was a special episode broadcast on 10 July 2015, as part of 8 out of 10 Cats Mash-ups Series 6.
8 Out of 10 Cats regular Sean Lock and Joe Wilkinson (filling in for Jon Richardson) were the contestants, along with Seann Walsh and Danny Dyer who were their teammates, while Jimmy Carr reprised his role as the host.
Just before round 5, a pub quiz took place, hosted by Kym Marsh (famous for her role as barmaid Michelle Connor in Coronation Street), and Lock and Walsh's team won, so as their prize, they had the assistance of Series 71 runner-up, Antoinette Ryan for the remainder of the show.
The match saw Sean Lock, with the assistance of Seann Walsh and Antoinette Ryan, winning by 47 – 29 in an 7-rounder.
Rachel Riley was, as ever, the arithmetician. The Dictionary Corner guest was Bill Bailey, and the lexicographer was Susie Dent.
NOTE: In this version, both players' (from round 5, all 3 players') declarations were allowed, although points were only awarded for the best answer.
