8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 7, Episode 15 was a special episode broadcast on 21 August 2015, as part of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 7.

8 Out of 10 Cats regular Sean Lock and Acting Team Captain Bill Bailey were the contestants, along with Henning Wehn and Jessica Hynes who were their teammates, while Jimmy Carr reprised his role as the host.

The match saw Sean Lock, with the assistance of Henning Wehn, winning by 34 – 17 in an 8-rounder and they won the Countdown one-man band which had Fabio with a drum, a cymbal, a fake accordian and a triangle attached to him.

Rachel Riley was, as ever, the arithmetician. The Dictionary Corner guest was Tom Allen, and the lexicographer was Susie Dent.

Just before Round 5, Bill brought out an extendable Alpine Horn to which he first played it before giving to Sean to blow. This caused Jimmy to cover his ears and Bill to select the letters even though the former had asked Jessica to do so. After selecting the first three letters, they stopped doing so.

During the conundrum, Sean buzzed in to offer his declaration first. However, noticing Jessica was still trying to figure out the answer, Jimmy allowed her to guess after the former provided an incorrect answer. Thus, both timings are reflected to be the same.

NOTE 1: In this version, both players' declarations were allowed, although points were only awarded for the best answer.

NOTE 2: In Round 3, Sean's offering of RESHINE should have been allowed as it is in the ODO. Thus, the final score should have been 41 – 12.
