The goody bag is the colloquial term for the prizes given to contestants after they have appeared on Countdown. The prizes are different depending on whether the player won a game, or even made the Series finals. The current goody bag as of 21 March 2018 includes:

Prizes for finalists are usually trophies of some sort, such as an engraved silver tray or a cut-glass trophy. Series winners get the full Oxford English Dictionary, although as of Series 63, the dictionaries are no longer gold-leaved, but the champion also receives a laptop computer.
