8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 15 was a series of four special episodes that began on 19 January 2018 and ended on 9 February 2018. Starting with this Series, there were to be two Series (barring 2021 when there was only one) per year, one airing during Winter and the other during Summer.

Notably, Episode 3 was originally due to be broadcast on 26 January 2018 but due to a controversy in Episode 6745 a week earlier, it was swapped around with Episode 2 and aired a week later. It is also the only series not to feature regular panellist Sean Lock.
