Countdown in King’s Lynn was FOCAL tournament, hosted by Series 48 finalist Mike Brown. It took place on Saturday 28th May 2016 at Thoresby College in King’s Lynn, with entrance costing £12. Stephen Read beat Series 69 champion Callum Todd in the final on a tiebreak conundrum, having been 20 points adrift earlier in the game. It was only Read's second event, having attended Countdown in Leeds 2016 the month before.

The event was the second to be held in King’s Lynn, after 2015’s Co:KL, which was the first tournament to be held in East Anglia.
