Kate Ritchie was a finalist in Series 43 and a contestant in Series 72.
She had a close game on her debut, beating two time winner Jonathan Storey. She then reeled off five more victories before losing to Daniel Burton. She returned for the quarter-finals, but this time lost a crucial conundrum against Clare Wright.
Beginning a new run in Series 72 fifteen years later, she became the third former series quarter-finalist to be readmitted to the show (following Glen Webb in Series 68 and Elisabeth Jardine in Series 71).
