Nick Boldock was a contestant in Series 35. He was a 21-year-old freelance writer from Hull. In his two appearances on Countdown, he was best remembered for his brightly-coloured shirts advertising the rock bands Guns & Roses and the Red Hot Chili Peppers
He still enjoys the game, and 12 years after his appearance began playing it on Apterous.
