Colin Jackson is a guest on Countdown. He is a former sprint and hurdling athlete, who is a former world record holder of the 110 metres hurdles and 60 metres hurdles.
He was the runner-up of the third series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2005, losing partially down to the worst showdance in history which featured two puppets.
