Owain Wyn Evans is a guest on Countdown. He is a Welsh BBC presenter who is perhaps best known for his prolific weather forecaster roles in which he has conducted for BBC Wales, BBC North, and BBC North West since 2018. He also works for BBC Radio, most notably on BBC Radio 2's Early Breakfast Show. Evans came to national prominence when he drummed the BBC News theme on television, a clip which went viral in the United Kingdom on social media.
