Robert Rinder is a guest on Countdown. He is a criminal barrister, and British television and radio personality. He is most famous for his daytime reality series Judge Rinder, which began on ITV in 2014. He is a close friend of the actor Benedict Cumberbatch, who also conducted Rinder's wedding ceremony in 2013. Rinder also hosts a Friday drivetime show for talkRADIO.
Rinder was awarded an MBE in 2021 for services to Holocaust education and awareness.
