The Delightful Sausage (consisting of Christopher Cantrill and Amy Gledhill) were guests on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. They were formed in 2017 and debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. With the pair continuing to perform at the same event almost every year since, they were nominated twice for the Best Show in 2019 and 2022.
Notably, their current solitary appearance marked the first time that Catsdown had more than one Dictionary Corner guest in the same episode since The Brett Domino Trio on 18 February 2021.
