Tom O'Connor was a guest on Countdown. He was a comedian who specialised in old-fashioned story-type jokes with a plot and punchline.
From 2 January to 5 January 2007, he was the first guest under Des O'Connor's tenure as presenter.
He sadly passed away on 18 July 2021.
