I'm just wondering why you think both James Squires are the same person, did you actually see both episodes in question? It does bring up the question of how do we really know which people have been on the show twice, either be it under the same name twice or under different names, and what to do about it. Mind you it's probably harder than for an illegal immigrant to get a job at the home office. As long as we're consistent I don't think it matters how we handle it.
