General consensus is that upcoming players aren't noted unless they've recorded. The list could be endless otherwise! :) I don't know if anyone mentioned has recorded or not, but do know that Chris passed his audition over 2 years ago, so it makes sense to do the aforementioned imo.
Susie Dent 5,000 not out
May be wrong, but I think 4 January 2022 (50 years of 1st Des Chiffres et Des Lettres) will be Susie’s 5,000th recording on any Countdown on Channel 4, incl. The BBC says Anne's recorded 265 episodes. Two series nowadays is 250 episodes, which reading between the lines means we can expect a Championship of Champions. However, bearing in mind the Black to Front episode, 265 episodes takes you up to Wednesday 13th July. (The Daily Fail says Anne said she'd done "about 40 shows more than [her] contract", but I'm not trusting that.)
