Matthew S Rutherford, more commonly known in the abbreviated form, MSR, is an Apterite from the West Midlands. He made his co-event player debut at Co:Man 2020, his hosting debut at Co:Brum 2022, and won his first competition at Co:TW 2025 where he beat Tom Cappleman in the final.
He also competed in ZoomDown Series 1, winning two games before losing to Jacob Coventry-Peters. Just over five years later, he returned for ZoomDown Series 5, this time rattling off four victories and scoring 489 points, to become the first tetrachamp of the series.
