My recollection from the time is that her real first name is Monica. Has my memory failed me, or was an error later discovered? -- smjg 22:08, 19 October 2010 (BST)
If this is the case then I apologise, I assumed her first name was Michaela as the spelling "Mickie", which is used as a girl's name in the UK, is usually short for Michaela (in the same way that the alternative spelling, "Micky / Mickey", used as a boy's name, is almost always short for Michael). Unless someone can clarify this, I will leave the name as Monica seeing as I did not watch her first episode, only the latter two.
