Robert Powell is a guest on Countdown.
An actor who first came to prominence in the 1970 cult serial Doomwatch, Powell went on to play the title role in the film Jesus of Nazareth, and also starred in a remake of The Thirty Nine Steps, which spawned a spin-off TV series, Hannay. He also starred with Jasper Carrott in the sitcom The Detectives and currently appears as a surgeon in Holby City.
