Andrew Sachs (1930-2016) was a guest on Countdown. He was probably best known for his role as Spanish waiter Manuel in the BBC TV programme Fawlty Towers.
From 12 January to 16 January 2009, he was the first guest under Jeff Stelling's and Rachel Riley's tenure as presenters.
