Denotes a word or numbers game solution which would have been valid but the contestant failed to declare that it was not written down. It IS legal if you declare that it was not written down when you declare the length of your word.
This is only an issue when the given word or solution matches that offered by the opponent, and so the contestant cannot prove that he/she actually discovered it rather than copied it.
