Terry O'Farrell was an octochamp and a semi-finalist of series 42. Hailing from Ireland, terry appropriately made his debut on St. Patrick's day in 2000, beating Wil Ransome 48-39. he won a further seven games and accumulated an aggregate score of 435 to return for the final rounds as #3 seed. He beat Olive Morgan in the quarter-finals before losing to eventual winner Michael Calder in the semi-final. Terry returned for Championship of Champions XI, but lost in the first round to Julian Fell.
