8 out of 10 Cats regular Jon Richardson and Acting Team Captain Lee Mack were the contestants, along with David O'Doherty and Henning Wehn who were their teammates, while Jimmy Carr reprised his role as the host.
The match saw Jon Richardson, with the assistance of Henning Wehn, winning by 46 – 22 in an 8-rounder.
Rachel Riley was, as ever, the arithmetician, and Joe Wilkinson helped her out from round 5 onwards. The Dictionary Corner guest was Vic Reeves, and the lexicographer was Susie Dent.
