Dr Anne-Marie Imafidon was an arithmetician on Countdown and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. As part of Channel 4's Black to Front Day, she debuted on 10 September 2021. Then from 13 December 2021 to 14 March 2022, she stood in for Rachel Riley when Riley went for her maternity leave.
She used her 15 September 2022 appearance on Steph's Packed Lunch to state that she also filmed some episodes of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, the first of which aired on 6 January 2023.
Aside from the Catsdown episode from 16 August 2024, she is the only arithmetician to have co-hosted nothing other than socially-distanced episodes.
