Jeff Schwartz was a contestant in Series 37. He was a 27-year-old Engineer living in Brentwood, Essex, but originally from New Jersey.
On 1 January 2007, Schwartz appeared as a contestant on the American quiz show Jeopardy!, and is thought to be the only person to have contested both it and Countdown. Schwartz finished in third place on his only episode.
