Series 78 will be the next series of Countdown, and will most likely run from January 2018 to June 2018. Richard Arnold and Raj Bisram are confirmed guests.
A Daily Mirror report in April 2017 confirmed that 260 episodes of Countdown are being ordered for production in 2018; as such, Series 78 is expected to comprise approximately 130 shows. [1] The series will again be interrupted by coverage the 2018 BDO World Darts Championship and a handful of live Formula 1 practice sessions.
