Episode 300 of Letters and Numbers was broadcast on 21 October 2011, and was the Series 3 grand final.
Jacob Davey played Jeremy Schiftan, with Jacob Davey winning 60 – 49.
The lexicographer David Astle stated that this episode marks the 100th time when in Letters Rounds a nine-lettered word (which usually referred as "full monty" in this version) was found either by him or contestants.
This game also marks a very rare instance in which a century was available in (a close variant of) a game in the Countdown 9 round format.
