Dr Anne-Marie Imafidon is an arithmetician on Countdown and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She debuted in Episode 7592 as part of Channel 4's "Black to Front" Day, then stood in for Rachel Riley, during her maternity leave, from 13 December 2021 until 14 March 2022.
She used her 15 September 2022 appearance on Steph's Packed Lunch to state that she also filmed episodes of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, the first of which aired in the New Year on 6 January 2023.
She is the only arithmetician to have co-hosted nothing other than socially-distanced episodes (with the exception of one Catsdown episode shown on 16 August 2024).
