John Holroyd was a contestant in Series 38. He was a 44-year-old Childcare Officer, originally from North Cornelly, near Port Talbot, South Wales, but living in Thornhill, Dumfries and Galloway.
He sadly passed away aged 66 after suffering a heart attack in November 2020.
