Nina Wadia is a guest on Countdown. Wadia came to prominence in the television sketch show Goodness Gracious Me. More recently she featured in the role of Zainab Masood in EastEnders from 2007 to 2013.
During her second run of appearances in August 2021, she was confirmed as a contestant on that year's Strictly Come Dancing. However, she was the first one to be voted out, and thus is one of the few celebrities who can claim to have done worse than Carol Vorderman.
