Series 85 will be the next series of Countdown and the second series presented by Anne Robinson. It will begin on 3 January 2022, and is expected to conclude in June 2022.
Dr Anne-Marie Imafidon will stand in for Rachel Riley for some duration of the series, beginning towards the end of Series 84.
Apterites potentially due to appear in this series include Dan Byrom, Ronan Higginson, Dave Robjohns, Christy Cooper, and Chris Kirby.
