Red Bee Media's failures continued into this episode – the screen froze during Round 9 whilst Beach was giving his solution and then cut directly to the adverts, similar to 8 October – Anne Robinson reprised the clue after the break. Subsequently, the morning rerun of this episode (which aired on 4 November 2021) rectified this error and was broadcast correctly.
