This episode marked the return of Colin Murray as host after his absence during the previous four weeks. Notably, he asked Watkins to read out the Teatime Teaser cue card during the first break, claiming that the scramble BEARHAIR was difficult to pronounce in his accent. Murray commented that a contestant giving the Teaser was "unprecedented", but in fact it has been done by previous contestant Mike Cannon.
